Amol Laxmikant Mujumdar, aged 53 years, is the Managing Director and Promoter of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Nagpur University. In the past, he was associated with Elder Pharmaceuticals Limited, in the capacity of a sales officer, with Fourrts (India) Laboratories Private Limited in the capacity of an area sales manager; with Searle (India) Limited in the capacity of a territory executive; and with Mrunalini’s Special Herbs, in the capacity of a partner. He has been associated with our Company since incorporation and handles development and implementation of strategy and supervises overall operations in our Company. He holds an experience of more than three decades of experience in sales, marketing and business development.
Swapan Khandelwal
Whole-Time Director
Swapan Khandelwal, aged 56 years, is one of the Promoters and Whole-time Director of our Company. He has passed the degree examination for bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronic and instrumentation) organised by Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. In the past he has been associated with several companies in the capacity of director, several partnerships in the capacity of a partner in Khandelwal Associate Partnership firm, Gold N Gold Khandelwal associate partnership firm and P.P. Enterprise partnership firm. He has been associated with our Company since April 11, 2011. He has over more than two dacade of experience in business management.
Prashant Shrikrishna Karkare
Executive Director
Prashant Shrikrishna Karkare, aged 59 years, is the Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Nagpur University. In the past he has been associated with Kappac Pharma Limited in the capacity of medical sales respresentative, Paraan Limited in the capacity of medical sales representative, Cipla Limited in the capacity of a regional sales manager. He was previously associated with our Company in the capacity of a general manager, marketing and was promoted to the position of a Executive Director since July 16, 2013. He ensures compliance with risk management policies of the Company and heads the sales department of the Company. He has over three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Avinash Pandurang Ambulkar
Executive Director
Avinash Pandurang Ambulkar, aged 50 years, is the Executive Director of our Company. He has attended Nagpur University to pursue bachelor’s degree in science. In the past he has been associated with Centaur Laboratories Private Limited in the capacity of a medical representative; with Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited in the capacity of a field officer; with Aglowmed Limited in the capacity of field manager, with Riddhi enterprises and Vivanta healthcare in the capacity of partner. He is currently associated with Nachiket Natural Resources private Limited in the capacity of a director. He has been associated with our Company since March 4, 2009 in the capacity of brand manager and he was promoted to the position of a Executive Director with effect from July 16, 2013. He holds an experience of more than three decades in sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products.
Dr. Prashant Vithalrao Rahate
Non-Executive Director
Dr. Prashant Vithalrao Rahate, aged 59 years, is the Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a master’s degree in surgery from Nagpur University. He is a fellow member of the Association of Minimal Access Surgery of India – FMS, of Association of Colon and Rectal Surgeons of India and of International Society of Coloproctology. He has completed a hand-on course from the Mohak Bariatrics & Robotics, Indore. He also participated in the MIPH master’s program organised by Seow-Choen Colorectal Centre Pte Ltd. He has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education for providing continuing medical education for medical specialists. In the past he was associated with Dr. Sawarkar’s Multi Speciality Critical Care Hospital in the capacity of a chief surgeon. He is presently associated with Rahate Surgical Hospital in the capacity of a sole proprieot and laparoscopic and minimal access surgeon. He has been associated with our Company since August 30, 2024 in the capacity of Non-Executive Director. He has over three decades of experience in the field of medical consultancy.
Mehul Hari Ranade
Independent Director
Mehul Hari Ranade, aged 43 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. He has attended Nagpur University to pursue bachelor’s degree in commerce. He has also attended Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University to pursue mater’s degree in commerce. He is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (“ICAI”) and also holds a certificate of practice issued by ICAI. He has more than 10 years experience as practicing of Chartered Accountant. He has been associated with our Company since September 30, 2024.
Renuka Saurabh Borole
Independent Director
Renuka Saurabh Borole, aged 44 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. She has passed the degree examination for master’s of commerce degree from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University. She is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (“ICAI”) and holds a certificate of practice issued by ICAI. In the past, she was associated with Lasenor Charbuja Foods Private Limited, in the capacity of a senior accounts officer, with CDET Explosive Industries Private Limited in the capacity of a senior accounts manager and with Amit Gharlute & Co. She was associated with KND & Associates as a partner and is currently practicing as a Chartered Accountant. She has an experience of more than 15 years in accountancy and tax consultancy. She has been associated with our Company since September 30, 2024.
Shraddha Kiran Kulkarni

Shraddha Kiran Kulkarni, aged about 25 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in law from GH Raisoni University, Amravati. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is associated with Urban Enviro Waste Management Limited as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. She has an experience of more than 1.5 years in Secretarial and Compliance field. She has been associated with our Company since October 17, 2024.
